Hi, I’m Matt.

I believe that your creative passion shouldn't just be a dream—it should be a sustainable career that enables you to live your life the way you want to.

I’ve spent 20 years both onstage as an actor, a writer, producer, a director, and sometimes… a stand-by technician… I’ve lived the full journey: from graduating from East 15 Acting School as an actor in London to spending 7 years in the trenches running my own entertainment business that grew to curate 800 events a year across multiple countries. I know what it’s like to balance the 'magic' with the 'margins.'

For the last 8 years as a Show Director at Disney, I’ve collaborated with the world’s finest minds to create world-class spectacles. But I am responsible for more than just 'magic'—I am responsible for the complex architecture of multi-million dollar productions and events.

I’ve seen brilliant artists stall because they weren't taught the business of their craft. I’m here to change that.

I created The Creatives’ Studio to give you the playbook I wish I had. I’m here to empower the next generation of directors, performers, and writers to stop just 'gigging' and start leading.
